Some Notes on This Years Sponsorships
As this is our inaugural event, we will not be hosting vendor exhibits this year. However, this is something we plan on incorporating in the future.
Sponsors will have the opportunity to provide items to attendees with branded items as part of the registration package, but this is not a requirement of sponsorship.
Sponsors are also allowed to submit abstracts for consideration as part of the meeting proceedings.
