Abstract and Panel Presentaion documents can be uploaded below. Submissions are limited to 300 words.  Here is an example abstract.

If you wish to submit a panel presentation, please include at least 3 (maximum of 5) abstracts around a similar theme.

The submitting author will be notified when abstracts are selected for inclusion. As the schedule is finalized you will receive additional guidance on time allotment and available presentation equipment.

Everything presented at BEAM should be approved for Unlimited Distribution prior to the event. Please refer to your organization’s public release process.

Meeting proceedings, including available presentations, will be distributed to all attendees following the event’s conclusion.
